A team from the German subsidiary of Les Amis de la Terre has conducted a laboratory analysis of twenty industrial chicken samples that it has procured in five large and medium sized supermarkets (GMS); it has been found that several antibiotic molecules containing the pathogens mentioned above have been identified.

The animal meal as well as the antibiotics and steroids mentioned in this article have harmful effects on human health in the long run. This has two consequences, firstly the appearance of disorders and diseases that doctors have difficulty diagnosing and secondly the partial consumption of industrial chicken in order to avoid even more serious pathologies. Indeed, the legs and wings have been researched and are the parts that contain the most chemical agents. It is therefore not recommended to eat them if you buy your chicken in the supermarket.

Organic chicken

The best way to avoid all these inconveniences is to consume only farmed chicken or organic chicken because it is essentially the breeding method that will determine whether there is danger or not. A 100% organic chicken is raised in outdoor fields unlike the industrial chicken.

The fact that they spend most of their days outdoors allows organic chickens to enjoy greater freedom and to be in contact with nature while enjoying space and light. Their diet is healthy and balanced and consists mainly of cereals and legumes that contain no GMOs or chemicals.

In addition, the length of organic chicken breeding is in line with the rules, it is slaughtered at least from 81 days and not 41 as the industrial.
