A study conducted in Florida, USA, confirms this. The researchers administered capsules, including epigallocatechin gallate (antioxidant), as well as theanine, to 124 people for 3 months. At the end of this period, scientists noticed that these subjects have fewer flu or colds than people taking a placebo.
